Terms and Conditions
Before making an appointment with me please bare in mind these pointers.
If you need to cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment I will require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you cancel, reschedule or amend end your appointment under the 48 hours notice period you will incur a 50% charge of the appointment you originally booked.
If you cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment under 24 hours/on the same day as your appointment or simply do not show up to your appointment with no notice you will need to pay for the full cost of the treatment/s you booked for.
Cancellation fees will need to be paid before I can reschedule your appointment. Failure to pay the cancellation fees within 48 hours of the appointment will also result in any future bookings being cancelled and/or you being able to make any future appointments.
By making an appointment with me you automatically agree to all of my terms and conditions and agree to paying a no show fee should you not turn up or cancel, reschedule or amend under the notice period stated above.
I accept no responsibility for missed appointments due to no reminder message, sometimes the system can fail and reminders may not come through.
Please make sure you are booking the correct treatment online. I will only be able to carry out the treatment you have booked for. Nail art and extreme length takes extra time, if you require either of these please book this on top of your original appointment. If you are unsure what to book please don’t hesitate to contact me.
My booking system allows you to book 12 weeks worth of appointments. If you are wanting to be a regular client I strongly advise that you book as many appointments as you need in that time frame to avoid any disappointment.
Please be aware that the time slot you book may be moved by 15/30/45 minutes to maximise my availability. If this occurs you will be sent an email to confirm this amendment. Any issues with the new appointment time please don’t hesitate to send me a message.
Please arrive on time for your appointment, the appointment must commence at your booking time. If you are late it will result in the service being cut short/adapted or you will be charged the full fee of the service if I no longer have time to fulfill the service.
Your appointment is specifically reserved for you and late cancellation will result in failure to fill your space.
Please come to your appointment alone, we have limited space for friends/family. No children allowed.
I accept cash payments or bank transfer only. Please bring with you the correct amount of cash. Bank transfers must be made before you leave the salon.
